When you have completed the form you will receive a written quote for your web project. If you accept the quote, you will recieve a confirmation document, a contract and payment options. You will be assigned a customer service consultant, who will keep you updated on the progress of your site. He/she will ask you for any information you have not already provided.To effectively design your web site according to your needs we will require any literature, pictures and artwork that might help our web site designers tell your story.
Your consultant will arrange to show you the product at various stages, as set out in the project outline. From time to time you will be able to view your web site progress securely, via the Internet, with a password your consultant will provide.
Your consultant will arrange for you to see the bare bones template of your site design. This will be the layout of your web pages, showing colour, possible navigation, text colours etc., but will not include any of your text or additional images. He/she will liaise with you on any changes you wish to make to the concept. He/she will also provide you with the story-board at this time and you may wish to make changes to the pages content.
The design then follows through the project outline agreement until completion, when your consultant will arrange a viewing for your approval.
The project will then be either turned over to you, or placed into our hosting environment, depending on the agreement.
At the end of the project, you will not be abandoned. Breal will ensure that your web site runs to your satisfaction with regular updates and testing.
